Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

The VAU publishes an Annual Report with a detailed summary of the complaints received and actions taken in response and all other activities of the office. This report will not include any referrals to the OEIG that result in an investigation, nor will it contain any confidential or identifying information concerning the subjects or complainants of the reports and investigations, unless approved by the OEIG.
